Celebration Baptist Church is a family of Bible based, God empowered, Christ followers seeking a Senior Pastor. We believe in making disciples who think and live like Christ, permeating and igniting our community with God’s love to become a Bold, Unstoppable Force!
We are a medium sized church located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Currently we offer one blended traditional contemporary Sunday morning service and a Wednesday night service. Other outreaches include AWANA, youth, children, and senior ministries. We would like to increase our focus on mission to the surrounding communities.
We are seeking a godly man who will lead Celebration providing spiritual, pastoral, outreach, administrative, and servant leadership to the congregation. Our new pastor will model a godly example in prayer, Bible study, discipleship, and mentoring.
Our Pastor will:
Lead the Sunday morning service and facilitate the Wednesday night service;
Provide pastoral care by shepherding the congregation which includes visitation, counseling, conflict resolution, and prayer for members and prospective members;
Develop leaders in the church; and
Provide leadership to the ministries and general direction of the church.
